Quest-Con is a multi-genre convention heavily influenced by gaming & cosplay (2 things we hold dear to our hearts). In addition Quest-Con will not be your standard dog & pony show with a flea market that so many conventions seem to be turning into. If you're familiar with most (not all) of the standard fare, you buy a ticket, walk around the vendor floor for a bit, check out some guests, maybe look into a couple of other things that you're personally interested in, then you go back home and wait for the next year. Each year is a rinse and repeat of the last with different guests.

This convention will be truly unique to the Gulf Coast area. Yes we will have some awesome guests, we will have an amazing vendor floor, we will have a huge amount of diverse gaming, we will have an unbelievable dedication to all things cosplay, but most importantly we are crafting more than just a convention. We are crafting an adventure. Quest-Con will be an adventure that you will want to experience year after year after year, and will never grow tired or bored with!

10/21/2017 - 10/21/2017

This event will space nearly 8 hours of continuous play. Bring your existing Adventurers League character of up to 10th level or create a new one at 1st level. The D&D Open is open to all challengers.

Players should plan to arrive by 10:45 to secure seating at a table close to your level range--for best results, add your character details in advance!

Venue will open at 10am, Staff/DM's are expected to arrive by 10:30 to attend a pre-game meeting, and the timer will start at 11am sharp!

For DM's, we plan to do a playthrough test this Sunday in Berkeley and will host workshops on 10/16 and 10/18 in Berkeley and Oakland to get you familiarized with the adventure and ready to run. Contact me at [email protected] if you'd like to DM at this event!

Player entry fee will be $3, payable at the door or online in advance.

Those that contribute an extra $7 will have the option of being thanked as part of a special announcement at the end of the event, and will be entered into the drawing for a sponsors-only round of bonus prizes!

5/4/2018 - 5/6/2018

1209 I-35, Round Rock, TX 78664

Chupacabracon is the premiere desktop role playing and board game convention in the greater Austin area. Held at the Wingate by Wyndham Hotel & Conference Center in Round Rock, Texas, Just North of Austin, proper. The convention is the primary fund raising event for Austin Creative Pathways. Our goal is to foster youth into creative careers through gaming.

Chupacabracon is a small event, pulling visitors from around the country. We are known for having an unusually high number of professional guests for an event at our size. We are routinely hosting 25 to 30 industry guests; writers of many of the top RPGs. Being a small event of no more than 500 attendees, this is a unique opportunity to meet the writers, many of whom run their games at Chupacabracon.

We also host many special events. D&D Adventure League and Pathfinder Society regularly host unique, special events at our little convention. We have also hosted Savage Saturday Nights every year from our inception. This is an evening of games run by the authors of Deadlands, East Texas University, Savage Rifts, and many other Savage Worlds settings. We hold an interactive celebrity game, where audience members can pledge to the charity for the opportunity to shape the story, make the rolls for the celebrity players, and otherwise make their session more interesting.

We have been told, from attendees and industry guests both, that Chupacabracon is their favorite event of the year. Come join our family of gamers at our next event.
